David Bowie On Isolation,Drugs, and the friendship with Moby - David Bowie

David Bowie On Isolation,Drugs, and the friendship with Moby
    Isolation:
Often feel isolated, especially in the small hours of the morning. I feel as if I follow my soul shadows. It always drew me to create. I think I have a lot of happiness that I write and paint and I managed to focus his anxiety in these two activities.

    Drugs:
Issued a decision that I really do not want to disappear or die. I was very sick, but I decided to pull out of the abyss. The drug has a large share in the experience of rock music. I'm glad I went through it, but I would not recommend to anyone. The vast majority of their good albums I have made clear. Now do not even feel tempted. There is a certain state of mind in which those involved, and that I do not want to return. I think it's an effect on memory, but I do not think it left a terrible mark on me.

    Strauss:
I knew nothing about Richard Strauss while the 1969th I have not seen the movie "2001: A Space Odyssey." The music was Richard Strauss. I looked at the plate with the soundtrack, which I immediately bought the next day because she was so beautiful, I saw his name and began investigating. Very early on I came across the "Four Last Songs", and somehow I grew up with them since 1969. Increasingly, they meant to me as I grew older I am, because I have more sympathy for what he wrote. They were his 82 years when he wrote the four literally the last song, and that sense of seriousness in them inspired me to try to make something that will be based on my feelings regarding the years that I have and where it goes the world, and my concern for the family, especially for my daughter. I feel very protective towards her, especially after September 11

    Stage:
Working on stage is hard, if you are not crazy about playing, and I unfortunately did not. That we find it difficult, I'd rather be home and wrote, filmed, photographed, all those nice things you can do at home. I can, I'm not exactly the most natural performer in the world. I like to be on stage at the first three to four concerts, and after that we be really bored. I do not live for the audience and all that. Me grief when I see artists who often to the challenge when you go out in public, because it perks up when I get back home!

    Frend Moby:
Moby and I are good friends for some time. I have neighbors, we live a few streets from each other. Even before we met I was intrigued by his music and his mine. When I met him in mid-nineties he was in his punk phase and then we have strengthened our friendship.
